All meat, no buns in KFC's "Avengers" burger

KFC is getting major buzz for the Zinger Double Down burger. Everyone wants one, it seems.

So it is appropriate it has teamed up with the movie with the most buzz, The Avengers.

The Zinger Double Down is a bunless chicken burger. It features two Zinger fillets, turkey bacon, sliced cheese and creamy mayo.

The individual meal includes one Zinger Double Down, one regular serving of whipped potato and one regular Pepsi at$6.90.

The Buddy Meal has one Zinger Double Down, two pieces of Original Recipe Chicken, two regular whipped potato and 2 regular cups of Pepsi for $12.80.

You may be tempted to finish that by yourself, but it's meant to be shared.

Pay $3.80 and you'll receive an Avengers collectible and an upsize of Pepsi to medium Pepsi when you order a KFC meal.

One character will be available each week, starting with Captain America.

Then, it will be Thor, The Hulk and Iron Man.
